Any Day Now…
Well, Nancy’s due date was yesterday, it came and went without much fanfare, which is probably okay, but it certainly got us thinking about preparing, and thinking of all the people we’re going to want to contact when things DO happen!
The hospital has wifi, so I plan on Web-casting and live blogging the whole event… ya right. Wouldn’t that be funny though?
I do plan on announcing the birth and vital stats of the new young Heerema on this site when the time comes, but it would also be cool to be able to notifiy a whole slug of people all at once, so, if you are interested, SUBSCRIBE TO OUR FAMILY NEWS MAILING LIST! Just fill out the form below.
Yes I’m a geek.

Nancy - the huge belly look is really working for you! You should keep it around for a while :)
Best of luck with the having the child festivities and activites!
A friend and I were talking about future babies and due dates and we thought that we might just tell people “mid Aug” instead of telling the exact due date. Due dates are just and estimate anyway… but people just keep saying “Haven’t you had that baby yet?!?”
Can’t wait to hear the news on the little one! Hang in there Nancy!
Just think Nanc, in less than 2 weeks you will have a baby in your arms all the time! Yeah!! I am praying for you woman! Just remember… YOU CAN DO IT!
Hebrews 12:1-2 “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
(I always sang this verse/song to myself during contractions.)
Two words: Surrogate blogger.
