Our adventures this last week
Well, I finally got photos of our vacation posted in our gallery.
Nancy and I got back on Saturday night (Sunday morning actually) from a highly relaxing and refreshing week in the wilderness.
There were sevearl highlight stories of the week:
First would definitely have to be the “Free Mullet Removal” Sign we saw in small town MN on our way to Bemidji. We stopped the car and turned around after we saw it so that we could get a picture of it. We laughed about it the rest of the week. I guess you had to be there.
The second story is sorta unbelievable. Nancy, my wife, who hasn’t been fishing in 10 YEARS, decides she’s going to go out on the boat with her family while I take an afternoon off to play guitar. As their boat is coming back in to the dock, her dad motions for me to come over to it. Obviously they caught something worth showing off.
Nancy, who avoids slimey and crawly things whenever possible, landed a beautiful, 18″ walleye. Compare that to the little 12″ and 14″ ones I caught earlier in the week.
I did, however, catch a delicious (14″) bass on the last day. It was a good way to end the fishing trip. However, no photos we’re taken of my fish :(
Other interesting photos I just put up:
July 4th BBQ at our House. Dan and Wendy Nutini’s Wedding.

Good job Nancy! Way to go woman!

It does my heart good to hear that your vacation was sweet… because now the rest of your life is mine (evil laughter)!
