I was oblivious to the fact that people still did the "no dating" thing when I was early in college. I mean, having experienced both types of dating, the old-fashioned courtship with purity as the main characteristic was by far the most enjoyable and peace-filled relationship with a man that I've ever had... AND it ended in marriage. Go figure! I suppose the Christ-factor has a lot to do with it too... That is actually somewhat encouraging!
