Friggin communists… they are changing the color of our money from lovely beautiful green to nasty technicolor green and pink (among others). It’s starting to resemble European currency. What kind of administration do we have anyway!? I demand my monochrome bills back! This is one more step towards the new world order. I don’t like it one bit! You watch, next thing you know we will have pictures of Mao Tse-Tung on our $5!!

I think the US mint should hold a voting contest to replace the heads of famous presidents with the heads of social icons. People like Napoleon Dynamite, Carrot Top, Pauly Shore, Bob Dole, Rowan Atkinson and Pat Robertson, just to name a few. Then the decline of American values would be evident to all, even America.

i dont know tj some people would thing thts a good idea… many cant even name the presidents (and other person) that are on the bills without looking.
although i do have a problem with this constant redesinging of money. the first time i took one of the new 100′s a few years ago i was very suspicious that it was fake…

I love the fact that you are now calling out communists. My influence spreads…

Come on, comrade, it’s all about ensuring the money is the real deal…:) Besides, it can’t be European currency until it looks completely like Monopoly money…

I used to fashionably use the word “communist” in that manner, in place of other less PC words, until I came to college, met some people from communist countries who actually somewhat closely identified as communist, and then realized how offensive using terms like that was… possibly just as much as using the interjection/adj/verb “jew” or adjective “gay.”
Otherwise… not sure how comfortable I am with the money. Not that I use cold, hard cash that often anymore, anyway.

I kind of like the new 10′s, actually….
Actually… when we start having $5 COINS and USING the $1 coins… then we’ll be more like EU money.

OK, the Euro bills aren’t my preferred design either, but communist?! I think Europe knows pretty well what communism is, and, I assure you that the European integration project is a very liberal-economic project, rather than socialist or even social democratic – alas -.
And, … China recently decided to take Mao Tse Toeng from their banknotes. It’s the Chinese, by the way, who keep the US dollar strong by financing the US national debt.
But so much for my provocation.
