There is a ploethera of really good (read: silly) news this morning. So I thought I’d pass it along, in the fashion of Pat’s Leftovers (if only i could be that cool. Hopefully I’m not stealing any of Pat’s material. We tend to draw from different sources)

Fuller Theological Seminary is spending $1mil. of our Government’s money to launch an interfaith ethics code:

Fuller Theological Seminary’s proposed code would ask members of either faith to refrain from making offensive statements about the other, affirm a mutual belief in one God and prohibit proselytizing over the two-year span of the project.

Speaking of bad ideas: Gore endorses Dean for President. I’m not sure I’d want the person who lost the vote endorsing me… This just solidifies my vote for Bush… and while we’re talking conservatism

A new Gallup poll has shown that today’s teens are more conservative on some issues than older generations.

The findings mark a departure from the perception of teens as more progressive and liberal than adults, especially during protest-filled decades like the 1960s and ’70s.

If you’ll allow me to read into that for a moment. To our predecessors: we have tried your sexual revolution, and new (non) morality, and relativism, and are finding, slowly and painfully, that it doesn’t work.

   To steal from Opinion Journal, of course today’s kids are more conservative: “If a woman aborts her child, he can’t very well grow up to be pro-choice.”
   Wait, does this mean your vote for Bush wasn’t previously solidified? Do we need to have a talk??

   You are un-American if you don’t give every candidate a serious look. Fortunately, it doesn’t take very long most of the time.

   Some people don’t deserve to be taken seriously. However, it should take no more than 18 seconds to evaluate the current field.
