Don’t try this at home…

Apparently, the folks at Riverview Church (sweet Web site, btw) in Michigan rearranged their auditorium this last Sunday. Noel has some interesting observations about the change.

I wonder what would happen if we tried this at Stonebrook? I mean, people get upset if we have the music “up too loud”, that is, anything slightly above audible…

What do you think, should we try it?

Also, please Let me know your thoughts on the Craig v Avalos debate. I want to start that article!

   Matt, that’s how we have been seting up every morning for the last year or so. The reaction in our community was basically non-existant other than thoughts like “huh, this is cool” or “now this is different.” Though, new people who come in and have been in church their whole lives give a little different reaction. For us the change we more than just being cool, its really cool to be worshipping looking at each others faces rather than the back of someone’s head. It creates a much more relational atmosphere…
