Switchfoot

I just watched Switchfoot give an excellent performance on The Late Show. They played “Dare You to Move”. Excellent, near flawless, but definitely all-live performance (very tight, raw music, vocals weren’t perfect, but dead on, definitely no tracking or autotuning.). Rock ‘n Roll.

Interestingly, they cut the line “Salvation is Here” from the song… I wonder why…

    When I last saw Switchfoot on TV, playing Meant to Live, I was not very impressed. Clunky guitars, hit-and-miss vocals. On the other hand, they have been playing DYTM for the past 17 years or so, so they should be getting pretty good at it by now.

    I saw them live, and it was one of the best performances I have ever been to.
