Attack of the Killer Q-tips

If you haven’t been able to tell by now, Matt and I get a huge kick out of our cat. He is a great source of entertainment for us…and the other night he didn’t let us down. He seems to thoroughly enjoy playing with Q-tips…it seems they are the greatest threat to our home’s security judging by the vigor with which Archie attacks them. It’s quite entertaining… (Don’t worry, we try to encourage him to play with un-used Q-tips…[although he seems to get a kick out of trying to fish them out of the trash ;)])

Anybody else out there have or know a cat with a weird taste in toys?

No, but my ferrets have kind of odd taste in toys at times.

Bubble wrap is like ferret-crack to them. Feromir especially will happily drag 4′ of bubble wrap around the house.

Eowyn has a cloth ring (ferret donut) she enjoys hauling around.

Bilbo… I think is the most sane of the furkids. He just has a thing for removing the rubber stoppers from the doorstops.

my parents have a cat now that when presented with what has been a great cat toy for the last few cats (a plastic stick with a fuzzy string on it like those fake childrens boa’s on it) ya Freddie doesnt so much care about the fuzzy toy but the end of the stick fascinates him. we have had him up to 50 times back and forth in a c pattern in front of us just moving this stick back and forth.
