Holy Week: Maundy Thursday

Maundy: Old english derived from the Latin “mandamentum do vobis”: “A new commandment I give you”…

“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” Jesus of Nazareth to his disciples. (recorded in John 13)

I always wondered what that meant. Thanks Matt!

BTW: There are a few more houses for sale in my neighborhood. One is two houses directly north. The other is north one block & one house east on Woodland.
