I’ll shut off the noise

(Matt has been sick since Saturday. This has allowed for some time of personal reflection that has led to a media fast. This means that he will not be using the Internet, except for work-related purposes, will not be blogging, will only check his email on the hour (instead of every 4 minutes), and will listen to no other music except the endless sesame street soundtrack that is constantly playing in his head… I mean, will listen to no other music besides that which he makes. No TV, no movies, no newspapers. And he will continue to talk about himself in the 3rd person. This fast will last indefinitely until he figures out what God is trying to tell him. -Later!)
